Job description

- Work under the Quality Assurance Manager and cooperate with the Merchandising team to ensure that finished goods are in line with buyer’s requirements, company quality standards, and that perfect quality control is carried out before shipment.

- Leadership of the inspection teams

- Work with Customer QC, third party quality inspector to discuss quality requirements.

- Identify, qualify, and evaluate inspectors capable of meeting all job requirements.

- Proactively participate in customer and internal root cause analysis and corrective actions. Work with Quality Assurance Engineering to maintain continuous improvement.

- Plan, follow up the inspection plan to meet customer requirements.

- Direct supervision of the inspection teams, including scheduling, timekeeping, discipline, and ensure all associates follow applicable procedures.

- Be responsible for organizing and maintaining weekly reports, flexibly arranging inspection priorities as required.

- Develop all associates into cross-trained, high performing team members

Job requirements

- University graduated.

- At least one year in a similar position in the Furniture industry.

- Good written and verbal communication

- Understanding basic principles of ISO 9001 or relevant standards

- Understanding the testing standards, test methods is a plus.

- Computer Skills: MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoints)

- Honest, diligent, and independent characters

- Perform practical communication skills and can interact with others.
