Job description

- Daily walk the production, framing, packing, and warehousing and container stuffing area and report to

Supervisor any irregularities noted, such as incorrect stacking of products and incorrect container loading

procedure.

- Work with Factory QC to discuss the quality requirement

- Conduct pre-production, in-line, pre-final, and final inspections for all types of furniture/hardline products as

instructed by the Quality Assurance Supervisor

- Ensure the product is made according to sample specification. Cartons are packed and labeled correctly.

- Report inspection status promptly, including reports on nonconformance and problems that will affect the client merchandise quality and delivery

- Other tasks and projects as assigned by the management

Job requirements

- Only Male

- College graduated.

- At least 3 year in quality assurance/ Quality control experience in the indoor and outdoor furniture/hardline industry

- Generate the inspection report in English

- Understanding basic principles of ISO 9001 or relevant standards

- Computer Skills: MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Honest, diligent, and independent characters

- Perform practical communication skills and have the ability to interact with others.

- Be ready to work on the weekend if needed
