Mô tả công việc
· Kiểm tra loại ván cần cắt: MDF,
plywood, gỗ lạng, veneer, ván mỏng phủ keo...
· Kiểm tra máy cắt: lưỡi cưa, độ thẳng
ray dẫn, độ dày cắt cho phép, độ an toàn.
· Vận hành máy cắt bàn trượt, cưa panel
saw, máy cắt veneer (tùy loại).
· Cài đặt kích thước cần cắt, chỉnh dao
cắt/lưỡi cưa/lưỡi dao theo yêu cầu.
· Đưa ván vào đúng vị trí, giữ chặt và
đảm bảo an toàn trong suốt quá trình cắt.
· Cắt các mép thừa, đầu ván hoặc chia tấm
lớn thành các tấm nhỏ.
· Loại bỏ các tấm lỗi, nứt gãy, hoặc mép
cắt bị mẻ không đạt yêu cầu.
· Đảm bảo ván sau cắt không cong vênh,
sứt cạnh, xước mặt.
· Báo cho tổ trưởng nếu phát sinh lỗi vật
liệu, dao cụ, sai kích thước
