Mô tả công việc
· Nhận kế hoạch sản xuất trong ca từ tổ
trưởng (loại sản phẩm, số lượng, quy cách, loại veneer/cốt).
· Kiểm tra tình trạng máy ép (ép nóng/ép
nguội): áp suất, nhiệt độ, thời gian, dầu thủy lực, cảm biến, đường dẫn
khí/nhiệt.
· Căn chỉnh đều mép, đúng kích thước, đảm
bảo không lệch để tránh hư hỏng hoặc dính ép sai.
· Cài đặt thông số trên bảng điều khiển:
thời gian ép, nhiệt độ, áp lực ép( ép nóng-ép nguội)
· Theo dõi các chỉ số hiển thị trong thời
gian ép, đảm bảo không có cảnh báo bất thường.
· Kiểm tra dầu thủy lực, vệ sinh đường
ống, kiểm tra đầu cảm biến nếu có sự cố nhẹ.
· Báo ngay cho bộ phận kỹ thuật nếu máy phát ra tiếng động bất thường, không
đạt nhiệt độ hoặc rò rỉ thủy lực.
· Thông báo cho tổ trưởng hoặc nhân viên
kiểm định chất lượng nếu phát hiện lỗi hàng loạt.
