Mô tả công việc
· Kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên vật liệu đầu
vào như gỗ lạng, gỗ bóc, keo, ván ép...
· Theo dõi và kiểm tra chất lượng trong
từng công đoạn sản xuất (lạng gỗ, ép ván, chà nhám, dán phủ bề mặt, sấy...).
· Kiểm tra thành phẩm trước khi xuất kho:
đánh giá độ phẳng, độ dày, độ kết dính, màu sắc, bề mặt và các lỗi kỹ thuật
khác.
· Đo đạc, ghi nhận các thông số kỹ thuật,
đối chiếu với tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của công ty hoặc khách hàng.
· Phát hiện và báo cáo kịp thời các sản
phẩm lỗi hoặc sai lệch để có biện pháp xử lý.
· Lập báo cáo kiểm tra chất lượng hàng
ngày, lưu hồ sơ kiểm định đầy đủ và chính xác.
· Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất, kỹ
thuật, bảo trì để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm.
· Tuân thủ quy trình kiểm tra chất lượng
và nội quy an toàn lao động.
