Nhân viên kiểm soát chất lượng sơn chịu trách nhiệm việc thử nghiệm, phân tích sản phẩm mẫu đối với cả ở nguồn đầu vào, đầu ra và giữa quy trình của quá trình sản xuất sơn. Nhân viên kiểm tra chất lượng sơn rất quan trọng vì chất lượng là yếu tố tiên quyết để thuyết phục, níu chân khách hàng.
Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo công nhân thực hiện các thao
tác thử nghiệm, phân tích sản phẩm mẫu sau đó cho sản xuất.
Phụ trách nghiên cứu và thiết kế sản phẩm sơn mới.
Phải luôn luôn cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm
để cạnh tranh với các đối thủ.
Hỗ trợ công việc cho bộ phận sản xuất sơn.
Và thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo
của lãnh đạo cấp trên.

Chuyên môn:
