Nhân viên sản xuất sơn đảm bảo các dây chuyền sản xuất được vận hành trơn tru bằng cách kiểm tra, phát hiện và chỉ đạo bảo trì máy móc thiết bị, cung cấp đầy đủ nguyên vật liệu cần thiết để sản xuất.
Báo cáo lỗi
của dây chuyền sản xuất hoặc các vấn đề phát sinh từ con người hoặc các bộ phận
khác cho quản lý.
Xác định lỗi
và khắc phục sự cố khi.
Phân tích
hiệu suất sản xuất và sản phẩm, đưa ra các khuyến nghị phù hợp.
Lên lịch các
buổi đào tạo, hội thảo bồi dưỡng theo yêu cầu.
Thiết lập các
tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao và đảm bảo chúng được thực hiện đầy đủ.
Thường xuyên
giáo dục cán bộ công nhân viên các quy định về sức khoẻ và an toàn lao động.
Thực hiện các
phương pháp bảo dưỡng, phòng ngừa rủi ro với dây chuyền sản xuất.
Luôn cập nhật
các phương pháp sản xuất và quy trình bảo trì thiết bị.
Tham gia vào
quá trình lập kế hoạch sản xuất.
Kiểm tra, thử
nghiệm và đánh giá sản phẩm.
Và thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo
của lãnh đạo cấp trên.
