Job description

• Develop and monitor E&A plans aligned with plant objectives.

• Ensure continuous power supply and reliability of electrical systems, including fire alarms, cameras, and control systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot Electrical/Automation issues for 24/7 plant operation.

• Manage calibration and verification systems, adhering to internal policies and local regulations.

• Create and execute maintenance plans, including spare parts planning for E&A equipment.

• Train and develop the E&A technician team, measure performance, and foster ownership of plant maintenance.

• Coordinate with Mechanical teams to address daily operational issues.

• Maintain and organize E&A documentation (manuals, diagrams, software licenses, etc.).

• Ensure the team’s technical skills meet performance goals and safety standards.

• Participate in SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) meetings and uphold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
