Mô tả công việc
- Giám sát các giai đoạn từ nhận đơn hàng, kiểm tra tồn kho, sản xuất,
đến giao hàng và hậu mãi.
- Chăm sóc khách hàng cũ và tìm kiếm thêm khách hàng mới cho công ty.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng nước ngoài về mẫu trước khi đưa vào
sản xuất bao gồm chất liệu vải, chỉ, kiểu dáng, kỹ thuật may, đóng gói, vận
chuyển và thời gian giao hàng.
- Quản lý và giám sát quy trình xử lý đơn hàng, theo dõi kịp thời giải
quyết những phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất đơn hàng để tránh những thiệt
hại cho công ty và cho khách hàng.
- Lập kế hoạch sản xuất phù hợp với từng đơn hàng, đảm bảo tất cả các
đơn hàng được xử lý chính xác và đúng hạn.
- Lập các báo cáo và phân tích dữ liệu liên quan đến số lượng đơn hàng,
hiệu suất giao hàng, và mức độ hài lòng của khách hàng để dự báo nhu cầu và đề
xuất các chiến lược cải thiện.
