Vị trí – chức danh công việc “Nhà quản lý – Tổng giám đốc” là một trong những vị trí giữ vai trò chủ chốt trong bộ máy quản lý của Công ty, là người điều hành hoạt động kinh doanh hằng ngày của công ty, chịu trách nhiệm trước Hội đồng thành viên về việc thực hiện các quyền và nhiệm vụ của mình, đồng thời chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các công việc sau:

- Tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh và phương án đầu tư của công ty;

- Ban hành quy chế quản lý nội bộ công ty;

- Bổ nhiệm, miễn nhiệm, cách chức các chức danh quản lý trong công ty, trừ các chức danh thuộc thẩm quyền của Hội đồng thành viên;

- Ký kết hợp đồng nhân danh công ty, trừ trường hợp thuộc thẩm quyền của Chủ tịch Hội đồng thành viên;

- Kiến nghị phương án cơ cấu tổ chức công ty;

- Các quyền và nhiệm vụ khác được quy định trong hợp đồng lao động mà Tổng giám đốc ký với công ty theo quyết định của Hội đồng thành viên và theo Điều lệ công ty.

- Thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng nhà xưởng tại khu công nghiệp VSIP III.

- Đại diện cho Công ty liên hệ, làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước;
