Mô tả công việc
Công việc của Nhân viên quản lý sản xuất tại công ty như sau:
- Chịu
trách nhiệm trước Tổng giám đốc về công tác quản lý sản xuất tại xưởng.
- Có trách nhiệm thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất từ bộ phận
kế hoạch, bảo đảm hoàn thành kế hoạch đã đề ra.
- Ước tính, thỏa
thuận về thời gian, ngân sách sản xuất.
- Theo dõi quá trình
xuất, nhập kho, quá trình sản xuất để đưa ra những phương hướng, đề xuất phát
triển phù hợp.
- Theo dõi, giám sát
đội ngũ nhân công trong xưởng sản xuất. Hỗ trợ phân tích dữ liệu để đánh giá
hiệu quả làm việc của từng nhóm, từng bộ phận, cá nhân trong xưởng sản xuất.
- Điều phối công
việc, lên kế hoạch xuất nhập kho, xuất nhập hàng hóa, thành phẩm
- Báo cáo kết quả làm
việc lên các đơn vị cao hơn, tiếp nhận phản hồi từ cấp dưới.
- Giám sát và quản lý
kỹ thuật chất lượng sản phẩm ở các khâu sản xuất, pha sơn, đóng gói, thành
phẩm.
- Đánh giá được hiệu quả
làm việc, chất lượng thành phẩm của đội ngũ sản xuất, tập hợp các lỗi liên quan
đến vấn đề sản xuất.
Đảm bảo thành phẩm làm ra đạt yêu cầu về tiến độ và chất lượng của khách hàng yêu cầu.
- Đào tạo công nhân về vấn đề hiểu biết chất lượng, môi trường, lao động, PCCC, an ninh, bảo vệ tài sản, bí mật công nghệ và hướng dẫn an toàn lao động.
