Chuẩn bị giáo án dạy học và bài tập cho học sinh trước
khi lên lớp.
-
Chấm điểm các bài kiểm tra, bài luận, báo cáo và bài tập
khác của học sinh.
-
Theo dõi năng lực học tập và tiến bộ của học sinh
trong lớp.
-
Tổ chức các hoạt động nhóm, hướng dẫn học sinh, sinh
viên làm bài.
-
Gặp gỡ đồng nghiệp để điều phối kế hoạch lên lớp và
bàn về chủ đề chuyên môn cụ thể.
-
Họp phụ huynh để thảo luận về tình hình học tập của học
sinh khi cần thiết.

- Giáo viên làm việc
từ thứ 2 đến thứ 7 hàng tuần (từ 07:30 đến 16:30, nghỉ trưa 60 phút) thứ bảy
không có hoạt động thì giáo viên không cần đến trường. Thời gian làm việc theo
lịch công tác giảng dạy của trường.
- Tiền lương
tháng thứ 13: mức chi trả dựa trên tình hình thực tế của Nhà trường, hiệu suất
công việc cá nhân, xét tiền lương tháng thứ 13 theo KPI của trường để quyết
định mức chi trả. Nếu làm việc dưới một năm, xét tiền lương tháng thứ 13 sẽ
được tính dựa trên số tháng thực tế làm việc.
- Thâm niên đủ một năm : tiền thưởng sinh nhật
và ngày nhà giáo Việt Nam 20 tháng 11, thưởng 500.000 VND/ lần。
- Phụ cấp cơm:
40.000 vnd/phần.
- Bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất
nghiệp: theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành tại Việt Nam.
- Nghỉ tết 12 ngày (bao gồm tết nguyên đán và ngày nghỉ
hàng tuần), nghỉ hè 30 ngày (bao gồm ngày nghỉ hàng tuần).
