·      Tổ trưởng sản xuất công đoạn ép nhựa

-      Biết đọc tiếng nhật chuyên ngành về bảng vẽ, thông số kỹ thuật về khuôn và máy móc thiết bị;

-      Trực tiếp trao đổi chuyên môn sản phẩm ép nhựa với chuyên gia người Nhật ở nước ngoài;

-      Biết điều chỉnh thông số trên máy ép nhựa phù hợp, để sản xuất ra sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng với bảng vẽ của khách hàng;
