Mô tả công việc
Thông thạo tiếng Hoa để
làm việc trực tiếp với lãnh đạo công ty ở nước ngoài. Phụ trách ngoại giao với
các công ty khách hàng khu vực Đài Loan, Hồng Kông, Trung Quốc.
Báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất, lập kế
hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh, giải trình về kế hoạch công việc mình quản lý với
lãnh đạo công ty và công ty khách hàng .Bên cạnh đó cần:
1.
Đề ra những quyết định về
công ty trong ngắn và dài hạn.
2.
Thiết lập và triển
khai tầm nhìn và mục tiêu của công ty.
3.
Nhận diện thách thức mà
công ty có thể gặp phải, nắm bắt những cơ hội từ thị trường.
4.
Đảm bảo công ty thực hiện
những cam kết có trách nhiệm với cộng đồng xã hội.
5.
Đánh giá rủi ro của công
ty, đảm bảo những rủi ro ấy được giám sát và giảm thiểu đáng kể.
6.
Đề xuất mục tiêu chiến
lược, và đảm bảo mục tiêu đó phải cụ thể và đo lường được.
