Vị
trí – chức danh công việc “Giám đốc điều hành – Giám đốc Điều Hành” là một
trong những vị trí giữ vai trò chủ chốt trong bộ máy quản lý của Công ty, chịu
trách nhiệm thực hiện các công việc sau:
v Hỗ trợ Tổng giám đốc trong việc quản
lý, giám sát, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty, chịu sự giám
sát và chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp với Công ty mẹ tại Nhật Bản đối với tình hình
hoạt động và phát triển của Công ty;
v Xây dựng, tổ chức xúc tiến, triển
khai việc thực hiện chiến lược, kế hoạch kinh doanh, theo dõi các dự án đã được lên kế hoạch theo sự chỉ đạo của Tổng giám đốc cũng như của công ty mẹ;
đảm bảo đạt được các yêu cầu, mục tiêu, chỉ tiêu đã đề ra;
v Xây dựng hệ thống quy trình, ban
hành quy chế quản lý nội bộ, thay
mặt Tổng giám đốc quản lý trực tiếp các bộ phận kinh doanh liên quan;
v Kiểm tra, phê duyệt các khoản chi tiêu, doanh thu, những chứng từ liên quan
đến ngân sách, kiểm duyệt các giấy tờ, sổ sách, báo cáo tài chính; thực hiện
báo cáo, đánh giá kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh định kỳ của Công ty với công ty mẹ tại Nhật Bản;
Đại diện cho Công ty liên hệ, làm việc với các cơ
quan nhà nước

v Hỗ trợ Tổng giám đốc trong việc quản
lý, giám sát, điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty, chịu sự giám
sát và chịu trách nhiệm trực tiếp với Công ty mẹ tại Nhật Bản đối với tình hình
hoạt động và phát triển của Công ty;
v Xây dựng, tổ chức xúc tiến, triển

v Đại
diện cho Công ty liên hệ, làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước;
