· Đảm bảo tuân
thủ các quy định, nghi thức lớp học, trực tiếp dạy các lớp Yoga có chất lượng
theo tiêu chuẩn Công ty
· Chuẩn bị dụng
cụ học cho học viên, Hướng dẫn học viên tập các môn phụ trách
· Hướng dẫn
yoga, giúp hướng dẫn học viên trong yoga thông qua nhiều tư thế, hoặc asana, và
các bài tập thở được gọi là Pranayama
· Hướng dẫn
cung cấp thực hành, hướng dẫn để đảm bảo học viên được thực hiện động tác đúng
và áp dụng các kỹ thuật thở.
· Đảm bảo dạy lớp
theo tiêu chuẩn cao và đáp ứng được nhu cầu hội viên
· Hướng dẫn các
hội viên tập luyện theo một trình tự và áp dụng các kỹ thuật an toàn
· Tích cực ủng
hộ các chương trình tập luyện, các buổi học cũng như các sự kiện và các chương
trình quảng cáo thông qua việc tác động mọi người cùng tham gia, thông báo
trong các lớp học và các buổi biểu diễn.
· Có kế hoạch tập
luyện cụ thể, động tác khác nhau phù hợp với từng nhóm cơ, cũng như tùy thuộc
vào khả năng tập luyện và sức chịu đựng của hội viên.
· Thường xuyên
tham dự các buổi đào tạo phát triển kỹ năng theo yêu cầu nhằm duy trì năng lực
hiện tại
