Giám sát việc kiểm
soát chất lượng và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm dựa trên các yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn,
tuân thủ luật pháp và hệ thống chất lượng FSSC 22000, GMP và HACCP.

Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm
phán, quản lý nhóm tốt;

Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và
triển khai công việc tốt;

Có phẩm chất đạo đức tốt
và có trách nhiệm trong công việc. Khả năng ứng biến và xử lý vấn đề tốt;

Kiểm tra và giám sát hoạt
động sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo việc cung cấp hàng hoá đúng thời gian, đạt yêu cầu về
số lượng, đúng theo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng như kế hoạch sản xuất đề ra;

Phối hợp với phòng mua
hàng để lựa chọn, đánh giá, cải tiến và phát triển các nhà cung cấp nguyên liệu
và bao bì để đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn sản xuất sản
phẩm.

Kiểm soát từ nguyên
vật liệu đầu vào đến thành phẩm xuất sang thị trường nước ngoài. Đảm bảo quy trình
chế biến đúng theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- - Tham gia các cuộc họp trực tuyến từ công ty mẹ ở Ấn Độ.
