Job description:

- Participating in building human resource management model, human resource strategy, talent hunter strategy at the enterprise.

- Participating in the development of training programs and orientations to train departmental staff.

- Participate in policies building, personnel selection, planning, and criteria for recruitment, retention, and development of human resources.

- Participating in developing salary and bonus mechanisms and other policies at the enterprise.

- Participating in customer reviews of major brands in the supply chain of the textile industry.

- Supervising and managing human resources in the department.

- Other tasks as required by the company management.General requirements:

- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Law, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Administration.

- 2+ years of experience in the field of human resources and/or management. Prefer candidates that have experience working in manufacturing companies, especially in the garment, textile, and dyeing industries is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of labor law and related laws, decrees, and policies.

- Having a certain understanding of the OSF (On-the-job, Social, Formal sources), 70:20:10 model, 3P, ERP system is an advantage.

- Good in English. Can use Chinese is an advantage.

- Good communication, and presentation skills.

- Good leadership, able to work independently and or with a team, making decision skills.

- Able to work under pressure and challenges, with a sense of responsibility and determination to complete work.
