* Prepare monthly forecast for Forwarder and report Time & Cost for Direction

-  Update forwarder offers & Rates per destination

-  Import supply forecast two month in advance

-  Focus on schedule and report for production

- Ensuring Import/Export/Custom Back up to the Planning Manager

-  Prepare Liquidation to custom every month

-  Representing the Company at the Custom Yard.

-  Continuously improve process and Supply Chain operations

-  Maintain good relationship with suppliers/customer oversea

-  Participate inventory in June and December

-  Follow Quality Manual Service (QMS) on Supply Chain process

*  Evolve in an inter-cultural company.

-  Import/Export service belongs to Planning Department composed of 5 staff from 3 different services.

-  Handle a purchasing list of one hundred materials and consumables for a catalogue of 20 models

- Manage a portfolio of 10 suppliers oversea and 100 materials.
