· Analyze and resolve manufacturing problems or assist line leads and assemblers in solving operating problems.

· Coordinate manufacturing line operations and establish priorities and sequences for assembled products.

· Review assembly orders, schedules and capacity to plan assembly line operations.

· Prepare production schedules and coordinate assembly activities to ensure that production and quality of products meet specifications.

· Provide daily updates to Operations Manager on the status of the proposed, planned, in progress, and completed jobs.

· Manage production and resolve assembly line problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

· Develop standard operational and working practices. Monitor and ensure compliance with operating, safely and quality standards.

· Work with HR to establish training programs.

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policy.
