Job description:

1. Ability to search and compare supplier prices, goods and services.

2. Ability to select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality ad cost efficiency.

3. Monitor inventory levels and determine purchase needs or demans.

4. Request cost proposals and negotiate contracts and pricing.

5. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)  and Purchase Requests (PR). Submit to Management for approval.

6. Maintain records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts and payments.

7. Schedule, verify and track purchase deliveries.

8. Build and maintain positive and long-term supplier relations.

9. Ability and willingness to demonstrate eargeness, enthusiam and optimism work activities.

10. Ability to track supplier performance ( On-time delivery, shortages, lead-time, quality, communication, etc,...)

11. Operating within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements. Other duties as assigned.

12. Ability in identify problems and to assist with resolution.

1. Work independently with minimum supervision. Report directly to Site Manager.

2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

3. Able to work holidays and overtime if require. Strong attention in details.

4. Must have basic computer skills(Word, Excel and Power Point).

5. Must have at least highschool diploma. Four-year college degree is preferred.

6. Two years + experience in Purchasing or business 

7. Good communication skills
