JOB REQUIREMENT

• Record daily transactions (banking/cash) into the accounting system (MISA software) and ensure its accuracy
• Perform weekly cash/banking mediation
• Calculate PIT quarterly / annually and submit reports to the Tax Department
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts for the month and prepare year-end financial statements for audit purposes
• Responsible for all mandatory statistical reports
• Work with banks, tax authorities, and authorities
• Manage account inventory, responsible for year-end inventory finalization report
• Carry out administrations of all claims related to Social insurance (Sick leave, maternity leave, or personal accident…) and follow up on each claim to ensure payment is received accordingly.
• Complete termination process and SI book procedure for leaving staff.
• All other related accounting & financial issues and tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• From graduated in major Accounting/Finance
• At least 1-year experience working for manufacturing companies ( garment company is an advantage)
• English communication skills (reading, writing)
• High responsibility, can work independent & under pressure
• Well-organized, hardworking, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet a deadline and to handle multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
