‒ Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the accounting department including controls and reports, budgets and forecasts, payments and investment. ‒ Ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and company procedures as well as the accuracy of all information and data ‒ Implement the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT, etc. as required. ‒ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report. ‒ Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to finance and accounting matters ‒ Establish, monitor and implement with team ensure daily job run smoothly. ‒ Train, coach and develop accounting team. ‒ Assist General Manager and General Director in corporate planning and provide good financial proposals. ‒ Other special tasks assigned by the General Manager and General Director.
