1. Responsible in monitoring, training and coaching of production personnel 

2. Receiving production plan from PPIC and arrange to prepare materials for production

3. Assign personnel to respective post during production process

4. Ensure the compliance with production process and the recipe of each product

5. Cooperate with R&D, QC for update new production process, the recipe of new product or upgrade recent production process / product.

6. Control and responsible in solving all problems in assigned section.

7. Checks and compiles related production reports.

8. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
