Manage all warehouse activities. Control the inventory of the raw materials, finished goods to ensure that there is sufficient inventory to meet the production’s requirements and coordinate in loading/shipping the finished goods under the shipping plan. Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that raw material and finished goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently. Keep the system up-to-date. Identify discrepancies between inventory records and take action Resolve problems concerning systems, transactions, inventory and receiving discrepancies. Investigate causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters. Implement monthly stock checking and monthly report. Monitor the effectiveness of operating procedures. Ensure that warehouse's safety requirements are met in compliance with company Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards. Maintain the working place tidy and clean all time.
