Duties and Responsibilities: Main duties of this position including: Import-export and purchasing field. Such as: • This position will help create, support and improve on a broad spectrum of regulatory issues. Including but not limited to: • Responsible on SHIPPING duties (Import and Export), ensure the goods/ material ready for export/ import on time; • Responsible on shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries • Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur. Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management. • Fill out import-export documentation, compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees for each shipment, and keep track of shipment payments and quotas; Prepares bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct • Monthly prepare the required reports follow the company policy; • Responsible for coordinate with Forwarder to control the shipments and in charge the liquidation custom declaration for the company; • Any other duties as when required
