Mô tả công việc
- Make the ethical policy depend on the local Law and customer policy then applies for the factory;
- Work with factory to ensure strict compliance under customer’s requirement on Labor, Health, Safety and Environment;
- Research potential compliance issues and updates of local and national labor law;
- Do the internal audit at the factory and make the orientation action plan;
- Observe all sites at the factory and make the report for the customer about their requirements to the factory;
- Visit the factory frequently to check about the action plan and do the corrective action;
- Update the meeting with the customer to get new updates;
- Attend the audit of the third party at the factory;
- Make the plan to improve the ethical standard to help factory meet all basic standards and continually improve;
- Getting information from feedback of customer: environment, safe, health conditions at the company are fit with the customers’ requirementsl
- Control and training for factory about C-TPAT, BSCI, ISO, Kaizen, 5S, etc …
- In charge and training about company regulation, internal policy, security, health and safety for employees;
- Contact and organize to training anti-fire, first-aid, health checking annually
- Communicate effectively with local authorities;
- Responsibility to General Affair;
