• Execute, compliance department principles
• Develop and execute cut the training program process in the factory
• Lead and correct quality control inspection in the factory
• Conduct training activities and evaluate the performance in the production line
• According standard, conduct regular audit on the cutting standard
• Ensure employee safety and awareness and safe working environment within department according to safety policy
