Understand Nike Quality Manual
- Implement Nike quality systems at the factory
- Develop own quality systems and tools
- Train all related workers
- Monitoring quality systems
- Coordinates with other related depts. regarding quality
- Analyze defects, make corrective action plans, implement those plans and follow them up
- Communicate updates on Nike Quality requirements to internally in factory
- Develop and report statistics to management on defective rates
- Inspect report in each section
- Report to General Director about the quality and status at factory
