1. Perform preventive maintenance for all equipment / machinery of the factory.2. Coordinate with all the departments to implement maintenance requirement to preventserious incidents occurred for the device.3. Coordinate with heads of sessions to fix the problem quickly.4. Training for employees about troubleshooting.5. Reduce to minimum downtime on the main equipment such as generators, compressors,ECU, Drying Ovens, Kiln,.vv,6. Ensure to supply enough spare parts for maintenance of equipment, establish demand andtracking the necessary supplies, check specifications carefully on delivery.7. Other duties:- Pay attention to the proper use of tools and equipment, implement safeguards and safety,the principles and rules of human, managerial jobs and keep work area clean.- Implement fully the tasks for monitoring.- Perform other duties as assigned.
