1. Manage the industrialization phase of new product introduction until it achieved the desired yield within required timeframe and meet the product launching dates2. Prepares industrialization plans, timeline and execution3. Coordinates with production team for the debugging phase, availability of tools and equipment, troubleshooting, standardization and application of regional best practices.4. Execute root cause analysis for product defects ensuring that these are eliminated prior to regular production5. Work with Marketing to confirm the product BOM needed for the local market and export market.6. Provide technical support to Mfg, Marketing and Sales team7. Plan and execute the new product development quality system, in coordination with QA to ensure that new products meet required country standard and quality criteria
