A)     General

1)       Report to: General Director

2)       Subordinate: None

3)       Department: Purchasing/Logistic

4)       Work Location: Binh Duong Province – Vietnam

5)       Salary: from 9.000.000 to 10.000.000 VNĐ/month.

B)      Responsibility and Authority

1)       Coordinate with forwarding agents for machineries imports.

2)       Receiving & checking PO and then do shipment planning for export.

3)       To communicate with customers for export to group companies.

4)       To monitor the stock level and communicate with production team for stock to be produced.

5)       In charge of shipments from factory and responsible for preparing the shipping documents.

6)       To handle the application of Health certificate / Certificate of Origins.

7)       To ensure all the shipping documents are forwarded to customer after shipments.

8)       To ensure the all deliveries are delivered/ shipped in time without any mistakes.

9)       To monitor the Raw material & packaging stock level and communicate with purchasing for orders.

10)   To follow with suppliers, shipping documents for imports.

11)   To coordinate with the forwarding agent, haulier company and local transporter for import and Export.

12)   To ensure the logistic related matters are well handled 

13)   To support in HALAL implementation and HALAL related matter.

14)   To support and implement the environmental aspect that needed in EMS.

15)   To make reports to Customs Department, to liquidate annually according to the rule.

16)   To carry out any other duties as assigned by superior.

17)   Responsible to the compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, BRC and other regulatory requirement.
