Recruited position: Customer Service Management Staff (CRM)

Job description:

-       Be responsible to answer promptly the questions, inquiries of customers via email, face book, registered forums, telephone, face to face... about products and services

-       Get in touch with customers after using products and services to collect feedback

-       Follow up customer’s enquiries, feedbacks after events, promotion programs organized by HPH

-       Handle and resolve customer complaints

-       Escalate the unresolved issues to the next higher level on time

-       Courtesy visit staying customers, get feedback, work with relevant departments to fix immediately complaint if applicable

-       Create new records, keep and follow existing records of customer interactions and transactions

-       Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

-       Record details of actions taken

-       Conduct customer grateful programs (sending postcard, gifts.. to suitable customers) as requested
