• Plan, direct, monitor and control all manufacturing operations in the plant to maximize the use of organization resources and meet established production specifications, schedules, volume, cost, quality targets and standards
• Manage and coordinate overall activities of production, machinery, processing, quality control and maintenance
• Establish and enforce operating policies and standard procedures
• Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend practical solutions that will improve overall performance
• Plan, prioritize and manage production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules
• Lead, direct and develop the operations team to ensure achievement of established targets and standards
