1 Responsible to set up PC, telephone set and others I.T hardware (notebook, projector, network etc)
2 Install software and follow up the software license control system.
3 Monitor operation of PABX system.
4 Support for all users to make sure there is no any trouble in there work such as PC, telephone line, network connection, internet access, email ... and other standard package software.
5 Ensures proper operations of all I.T related system/ infrastructure such as: LAN, WAN, Email, PABX, Internet, Data server ...
6 Update I.T fixed asset records, network diagram and LAN, WAN, Server Incident report frequently.
7 Efficiency plan for data backup and drill in restoring data regularly.
8 Deploy and develop all projects from Hong Kong to make sure all these projects meet user's requirement.
9 Training for users
10 Actively investigate and update I.T software/hardware usage that will reduce operation cost or improve operation efficiency.
11 Liaise with external contractor for system support that are not handle internally.
12 Responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.
13 Responsible to control and protect company's assets.
14 Others I.T duties assigned by System Administrator/I.T Manager/ Group I.T Directors
