Calculate Standard Minute (SM) Value using SATRA Timeline.

·         Operate Satra Timeline and digitizer

·         Understanding of operation and identifying the correct and efficient sequence

Calculate Standard Minute (SM) Value using Method and Time Study

·         Operate and use Stop Watch as a tool to conduct Time Study

·         Knowledge and understanding of Rating

·         Mathematical calculation of Standard Minute Value

Create a balanced Sequence of Operation using available resources (Machine and Manpower) and correct process as identified during the development of the upper.

Conduct coaching to line supervisor in identifying operation causing imbalance and what action is needed to balance the line at every time.

Participate in the production trial to provide and update of the Sequence of Operation and discussing with the team the implication of Cost associated with the changes

Check and approve with Production and Development Team on the agreed effective and efficient Sequence of Operation.

Coordinate with the Tooling/Mechanics on jigs and fixtures necessary to improve efficiency and quality

Operate the Vision Stitch program/equipment

Coach the operator and production technicians in the correct and proper handling vs the machine speed setting

Conduct a random speed setting checkup of stitching machine in production and training

Coordinate with Training Department on the conduct of stitching training exercises.

Review result vs the Satra Timeline setting on the effective and efficient machine speed

Maintain the equipment and ensure accessories needed to conduct the operation are available at every time
