·        Prepare and monitor department budget:

·        Proactively manage cross functional pre-production activities

·        Manage production activities

·        Manage EHS and site maintenance function

·        Manage machine maintenance function

·        Manage the department’s organization, in order to improve department’s performance

·        Provide regular reports and updates to the Production and Technical Director. 

The Production Manager reports directly to the Production and Technical Director. Detailed of work will be discussed further in the interview. 

Competitive salary scheme and remuneration package will be discussed further in the interview. 

Daily transportation to work will be arranged by the company for employees from Ho Chi Minh City.

Minimum Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering or similar

·        Minimum 8 years of experiences in in manufacturing industry, particularly in footwear.

Minimum 3 years of experience in lead and manage footwear production

·        Good communication skill/team building skill

·        High level of problem solving, organizing and planning, motivating and guiding people skills
