- Prepare and monitor department budget:
- Proactively manage cross functional pre-production activities
- Manage production activities
- Manage EHS and site maintenance function
- Manage machine maintenance function
- Manage the department’s organization, in order to improve department’s performance
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Production and Technical Director.
- The Production Manager reports directly to the Production and Technical Director. Detailed of work will be discussed further in the interview.
- Competitive salary scheme and remuneration package will be discussed further in the interview.
