Besides the role of HR Generalist, The HR Senior Officer is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of an overall HR People Development strategy, providing targeted employees with the relevant underpinning knowledge and skills to carry out their specific duties in accordance with the required standards and people development plan.

Ø  Coordinate closely with functional department heads/team leaders to identify existing talents, build up an employee development plan and succession plan

Ø  Assist to develop training road map and frameworks for employees within the corporate functions

Ø  Perform training needs analysis and provide recommendations to senior management

Ø  Liaise with external training vendors to implement  training plan

Ø  Track and ensure training requirement is completed and aligned with employee development plan

Ø  Evaluate the effectiveness of in house and external training programs

Ø  Identify potential internal trainers

Ø  Oversee and support other HR functions as requested by HR Manager/Director

Ø  Other projects as assigned by HR Manager/Director
