Mô tả công việc
- Set up accounting system, accounting policies
and controls over financial reporting
- In charge of treasury function, including but
not limited to review validity of invoices and initiate payments, daily
cash management
- Prepare all tax reports, such as VAT, CIT, PIT
etc for submission to tax authorities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial
reports
- Issue invoices and follow up with debtors
- Ensure all transactions are accounted for and
documented in accordance with applicable GAAP and Law on Accounting
- Ensure the company complies with Vietnam
Enterprise Law and all other applicable statutory requirements
- Perform analyses on the company’s financial
statements
- Deal with tax authorities, Ministry of Finance,
auditors, State Bank of Vietnam and other government related authorities
as required
- Provide updates on tax and financial reporting
regulations and advice on tax and accounting related matters
- Other tasks assign by Board of Director.
