ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-          Production planning and execution

-          To achieve production targets with best utilization of available resources

-          To ensure the execution of instructions given by higher management

-          To give instructions to production staff regarding their relevant work

-          To supervise all production activities

-          To ensure the production of quality medicines

-          To maintain GMP in all areas of production

-          Training of new and existing staff

-          To solve the problems faced during production of pharmaceuticals.

-          To give suggestions to reduce the production cost

-          To coordinate with engineering/maintenance department for preventative maintenance of all machines/equipment

-          To keep close liaison with ware hose, QC, QA and other related departments to ensure smooth working

-          To follow and execute company policies in all areas of production

-         To help HR for hiring new staff for production
