- Ensure that all warehouses comply with legal security, safety and regulations and EHS Targets are met and in accordance with the governmental requirements and company.
- Support all warehouses in the development and management of a risk management and necessary emergency and contingency plans to minimize the consequences of any foreseeable incident.

- Provide necessary advice, guidance and support to all warehouses and monitor compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Establish and maintain incident investigation and reporting procedures and provide support for investigates and determination of preventive and corrective measures. In charge of external and internal EHS audits and monitor the following up of corrective actions to assure timely compliance.
- Support all warehouses for safety, security and facility continuous training, especially with programs for warehouse and DNT staffs training in order to promote safety awareness. Initiate, coordinate and develop safety and facility related to training programs (e.g. 5S, 5WHs, RA,…)

- Work with warehouse manager and DNT manager to implement correctives actions for risks identified.

- Pays the role as key contact for safety issues for renovation and new projects and monitor projects implementation timelines and contractor’s activity for all warehouses with safety issue.

- Ensure adequate safety policies and procedures are on place to minimize specific risks of warehouse (e.g. housekeeping, hot work permitting, risk assessments etc).
- Check and remind un-safety and un-security manifestation, actions affect to safety of people and assess.
- Ensure fire fighting equipments, first aid equipments, equipment which use in emergency case in good condition. Implement assigned duties when practicing fire fighting and evacuation.
