·        To control the all document for In/Out activities

·        To receipt customer’s request ( via phone/ via email ) and make delivery plan to customer. To ensure goods delivered to customer on time and accurately

·        Make picking instruction for WH staff prepare cargo in advance, issue D/N for delivery per each shipment.

·        To coordinate with warehouse team and vendor to make delivery schedule smoothly and quickly.

·        To record and report to Manager/ Customer any problems at any time required

·         To update and report to Manager / Customer about data report such as : Inventory report, Pending cargo list…

·         And any request by Manager .
