Mô tả công việc
- Translating Vietnamese - English and vice versa
- Prepare sales contract in Vietnamese or English
- Confidence in contacting overseas customers/clients via email or face to face
- Handle customs formalities with knowledge of customs procedures
- Preparing all the documents for the customs clearance pass to forwarding company
- Implementing all the internal procedures for receiving materials and delivering goods to customers
-Communicating with Shipper/Consignee/Custom authorities
- Arranging the transportation with forwarding company for the input and output commodities
- Arranging the documents for import tax refund
-Collaborating with other teams such as Purchasing & Production
- Conduct purchases of goods and services when required;
- Other duties assigned by Manager & Director.

Quyền lợi
Require:
- At least 1 year-experience in the same position,- Bachelor degree in English, economics, foreign trade or related fields
- Skillful speaking & writing in English (very important)
- Ability of Korean is a plus
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Honesty, carefulness, enthusiasm, high responsibilities to work
- Able to communicate & creative resolve problems
- Able to work under high pressure, team work, dependent
*** Benefits:
• Salary depends on experience and ability of candidate
• Working Hour: From Monday to Saturday, 7:30 am – 16: 30pm
• Company provides car pick-up from VSIP I
